WHAT IS FIACCP?
An Academic Honour for Clinical Excellence
Recognising physicians who advance patient outcomes in internal medicine, diabetes care, cardiometabolic disorders and multisystem clinical practice.
The Fellowship of the International Academy of Clinical and Cardiometabolic Practice (FIACCP) is a professional distinction for physicians specialising in internal medicine, diabetes and cardiovascular health. To earn this title, medical practitioners must demonstrate a rigorous commitment to evidence-based care, ethical standards and ongoing medical education.
The fellowship is divided into several categories — Regular, Distinction, Honorary and Young Achiever — ensuring that clinicians at different career stages are recognised for their specific contributions. Selection is determined by a Credentialing Committee that evaluates each applicant's clinical experience, research publications and leadership within the healthcare community.

Applicants for the FIACCP Fellowship should meet the following criteria.

Recognised Medical Qualification Applicants must possess a recognised MBBS degree. Preference may be given to physicians with postgraduate qualifications such as MD, DNB, DM, Diploma or equivalent in:

Valid Medical Registration Applicants must hold a valid registration with:

Clinical Experience Meaningful clinical experience in fields such as internal medicine, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, cardiovascular risk management and endocrine disorders. A minimum of five years of post-qualification clinical practice is desirable. |
